  1. Consideration:

At this stage, potential customers are considering shopping from your brand. At this point, customers need answers to their queries and need more specific information. Researching why your brand is better than your competitors and capitalizing on that can be beneficial. Similarly, chatbots, testimonials, and reviews can help in satisfying potential customers.

  1. Purchase:
