Recipe of Chow Mein

Ingredients & Recipe of “Chow Mein”

Ingredients:

  1. Thin special plain noodles
  2. Mix of veggies
  3. Garlic
  4. Sesame Oil
  5. Oyster Sauce
  6. Soy Sauce
  7. Sugar
  8. Chinese Cooking Wine
  9. Add-on Protein
  10. White Pepper

Recipe Process:

First add some cooking oil in the pan and add garlic in it then let it stir on high flame for a minute or until it shows golden color. Then add some veggies (Carrot, Cabbage, White Shallots and Sprouts) and fry it for 2 minutes, mix it well continuously. Then add noodles, sauces, wine and water and again stir it for a minute. Later on add some sugar, salt, white pepper and other spices as per the taste and mix it well and stir it for 1-2 minutes. Now, garnish it well with the remaining veggies and serve it hot.
