niclosamide capsules

Niclosamide capsules is a member of the class of salicylanilides. The chemical formula is C13H8Cl2N2O4. It’s a cream colored powder which come in niclosamide capsules. It is highly water soluble, and it has a melting point of 156 °C. Pure niclosamide capsules has a molecular weight of 304.78. It has a CAS Registry number of 91348-92-1. The chemical structure is:

The HPLC analysis was performed using the Thermo Ultimate 3000 HPLC system. Chromatographic separation was performed on ZORBAX SB C18 with column tempreature set at 30 degrees Celsius. Helium was used as the carrier gas with a continuous flow rate of 1.5 ml/min, and a column oven set at 30 degrees celsius that ramped to 65 degrees Celsius over 20 minutes, then held for 5 minutes. The mass spectrometer was operated in electron impact mode (mode EI) and a monoisotopic mass was used for the quantitation of niclosamide. An internal standard, steviolbioside, was added to the samples to ensure sample stability and accuracy of mixing during transport.

The injection volume was 10 μL, and the detector was set at 280 nm. The mass-spectrometer was a TSQ 7000 Q-to-E instrument with an ion trap mass analyzer.

There is a posibility to buy niclosamide capsules in various amounts such as 60 and 120 capsule bottles
