Does A Best Leadership Style Exist?

So much is said [and written] about leadership. All questions are answered, it seems. Should you contribute? What are the prerequisites to be a leader? How should a pioneer manage his/her followers? What are the better leadership styles? Everyone understands how to assign, discipline, and develop your followers.

So much is said [and written] about leadership. All questions are answered, it seems. Should you contribute? What are the prerequisites to be a leader? How should a pioneer manage his/her followers? What are the better leadership styles? Everyone understands how to assign, discipline, and develop your followers. We're also instructed how to ascertain and utilize the like, mission, motivation and vision. In general, we live in times where leadership, in most aspects' science has been thoroughly covered.

I have queried that leadership gurus feel so secure in their statement 'one best leadership style' does not exist. When they have not researched the leadership style of the most important pioneer of all the times, how can they make such a statement? In my thesis and set of books on True Shepherd Leadership, I provide much proof a leadership style that is best does actually exist, and that Christians are in fact instructed to apply the leadership style. It is not as if we obtained a hint that if all else failed, we could consider this handy, or even as a last resort alternate. We are admonished to go and do as Jesus did. We were supposed to lead according to the design that Jesus explained and exhibited. We're assumed to be Authentic Shepherd Leaders based on Jesus' case.

Some question are:

[a] How did Jesus lead, and

[b] how can we know that it is the leadership style that is very best?

Let us start with the next question, which to my mind is the easiest to answer. Do we state that the True Shepherd Management style, [the leadership style of Jesus Christ] is the best of leadership styles? My proposal to the doubtful ones is always to answer the next two easy questions:

Was Jesus in fact the most important leader on this ground, and would Jesus [being the Son of God] use an inferior leadership style, believing he had knowledge from eternal past to eternal future at His avail?

Starting with the first query, all you need do is go to the regional newspaper to prove that Jesus is the leader that is most important . How does the paper prove this? Look at the date. It declares that now, [all of the date], came up a number of months, years and days following Jesus' arrival. Is it not? Your calendar, journal, newspaper and magazines all witness to the existence of Jesus. Now, how many papers have you ever seen dated from the arrival of Hitler, Kennedy, or even Napoleon? If a person had been printing these dates I have not seen any. I will not devote any more distance to prove Jesus is the planet's most important leader ever, but if you disagree, do a little research on who had the best impact on the human race ever, and I am confident you will also return to the same conclusion.

Secondly, how do we establish that Jesus applied the best leadership style? I have not heard any worthwhile argument against Jesus working out the leadership style.

However, for the suspicious ones' interest, let's think this over. The eternal God that was all-knowing provided a perfect and complete salvation plan to humankind. This strategy was not only perfectly planned, but also timed. You can't but stand in awe. Everything was perfectly planned, and nothing has been left to coincidence. You can look at examples, like for example crucifixion as mode of capital punishment, or the total eclipse of the sun after Jesus' departure. Jesus' crucifixion was foretold by prophets hundreds of years before. There are making up the totality of their salvation plan, it is unthinkable that God would have left anything.

Why then, would He planned and not have designed the leadership style of Jesus at the method that was meticulous? Jesus' leadership style would have been perfectly intended as every thing else, and I cannot be convinced that He made use of a leadership style which was anything but the very best.

Returning to the first part what was Jesus' leadership style really like, let us consider a few facts. If a person came to some school and started talking about mountain sheep's behaviour, chances are that no kid in the school would have any understanding about it. Not so in Jesus' time nevertheless. The behaviour of sheep, sheep farming, and sheep were well known. Sheep farming were part of this community.

Hence, unlike today, when Jesus declared I am the Good Shepherd, His audience understood exactly what He was speaking to. They knew sheep, and shepherds were known by them. They knew what shepherds would do well and what poor shepherds would do wrong. They knew about wolves, lions, and other threats that threatened sheep. They also knew that there were people out there that pretended to be actual shepherds, but who were really only doing the job of a shepherd for the price that they could make from it. However their loyalty to their bank accounts revealed, as did their disloyalty to the sheep.

Jesus is the Shepherd. He's The Shepherd of all shepherds. Jesus understands about the needs of shepherds as well as the requirements of sheep. He is the only individual to have lived in heaven and in the world, and having experienced the hardships of humankind as well as the presence of God. Jesus is the only man.

And when Jesus talked to His disciples on this topic, and wished to educate them how they ought to act towards their followers once they take over the flock after He went back to His Father, He began by describing it into 2 well-known paragraphs, specifically: I am the fantastic shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

But modern leadership approach completely differs from the old approach.
