1. Take a Bath Regularly

2. Trim Nails & Keep Them Clean

Do you know when you meet someone and shake hands; your hands get noticed? So, why not keep them clean and trim your nails at least once a week? Dirty nails are a big No! So be it your hands or feet, keep them clean and trim your nails to hold the infections and illnesses at bay. 

3. Wash Hands Often

It is another essential hygiene habit that you must follow. It will help you to prevent tooth decay, gum infection, as well as accumulation of bacteria in the mouth. Flossing too is very important to maintain healthy teeth and gums. 5. Take Adequate Sleep 

For any human being, it is very vital to take at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep, considering proper sleep makes you feel relaxed and refreshed every day in the morning. So make sure you sleep well as not sleeping well can lead to depression, dizziness and can weaken your immune system. 

6. Use Cologne Down South

This is where things can get really dirty. Bad hygiene downstairs is an unforgivable offense, so you ought to be clean, dry and well-groomed there. Your crotch, like armpits, should never smell foul, so consider spraying cologne on the front and back of your boxers before you head out. Though there is no special deodorant or cologne for your crotch, so wear your regular deodorant, but sparingly.
