Batten wiring

In batten wiring, insulated wires that run through straight teak wooden battens are used. The said battens are fixed on the walls, ceilings, and walls with the use of screws and plugs. Cables are also fitted onto the battens with the use of tinned brass link clips. The clips are connected to the battens through the use of rust-resistant nails. Batten wiring is prevalent since it is cheap and easy to install compared to other electrical installation systems.
