Hi everyone! We're moving to a new office and need a display for a meeting room. We're a team of 10, mostly use Google Meet and sometimes presentations. What should we prioritize when choosing: screen size, resolution, or software? Would appreciate advice from anyone with experience.

We started using Lobby’s meeting room display and it quickly made managing our office easier. The free/busy status is shown right outside the room, so employees can find an available space without checking calendars or interrupting meetings. It syncs with both Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, which works well for our team. The free option for three displays was useful for testing, and the $30/month unlimited plan is convenient for larger offices. Overall, it solved the daily confusion around room availability and made meeting spaces much easier to manage.
