Ram Kumar

Ram Kumar is a modern Indian abstract artist from Himachal Pradesh. He also made a good friend with Raza and worked along with the legends like M.F. Husain and Tyeb Mehta in the Progressive Artists Group, which played a vital role in modern Indian art. The most popular painting of him is ‘The Vagabond’. His painting was sold for more than a million dollars at an auction held in Christie’s. Figurativism was his style of art in the starting years and later he adopted abstract art. Ram Kumar received Padma Shri in 1972 and Padma Bhushan in 2010. Also, he won the Fellowship of the Lalit Kala Akademi in 2011.


Rashid Khan

Rashid Khan started his painting life in 1966. At present he is working on mud work and mud painting and he also does mud painting on canvas And tries to Reflect Life of Kutch Culture. MF Husain
