A large explosion that occurred on Monday morning in a residential area of the US city of urgent care of Baltimore left at least one dead, three injured and several people trapped in the rubble, including children, firefighters reported.
If a person calls , they can only be refused in very rare cases. Ambulance doctors do not carry out procedures as part of routine treatment (to give an injection or measure blood pressure), the ambulance will not establish the state of drug or alcohol intoxication, relieve a hangover, issue certificates, provide dental care (except for cases of severe bleeding after tooth extraction) and prescribe treatment. Brief explanation about the urgent care for people take a look .
Images from television and firefighters showed several destroyed homes in Reisterstown Station, northwest Baltimore, and lots of debris scattered around the area.
The Baltimore Sun newspaper said it was a gas explosion, citing fire officials who later said that "investigators have initiated and are continuing an investigation" to determine the causes of what happened.
The Baltimore City Fire Department reported on Twitter that a house exploded and that it had required the help of "multiple Baltimore County units."
"Several houses exploded. At least 5 people are trapped, some children," reported the fire brigade union.
"One person was pronounced dead at the scene," added the source.
The Fire Department also added that its Logistics unit would remain in the area until necessary.
A spokesperson for the local natural gas company told the Sun that several crews were shutting down service to buildings throughout the area as a safety measure while checking supply lines.
There is a minor injury, another of the victims is a woman and the others are men between 26 and 39 years old. Authorities indicated that one of the assailants had a shotgun and the other two carried handguns.
Three gunmen shot and wounded eight people, including a 3-year-old girl, in a shooting in eastern urgent care of Baltimore on Saturday night, police said.
The shooting occurred in adjoining homes, after the three men approached the other group of people from different directions, explained Baltimore Police Commissioner Ken Davis.
The shooting was a premeditated act of retaliation in response to another shooting on Labor Day, in which one person was killed and two others - including a pregnant woman - were injured, Davis explained.
The Baltimore police commissioner went to the scene of the crime, where he clarified that both cases were related.
The victims recognized the attackers, Davis said, although authorities had not been able to identify them at first and were still looking for them hours after the shooting.
One of the shooters came out of an alley and the other two ran down the street, stopping next to the victims before opening fire, he said.
The three-year-old girl and her father were standing a short distance from the group and were not a deliberate target of the attack, the commissioner added.
The care of patients in an emergency or urgent situation requires that hospital centers, services and pre-hospital systems have a reserve offer, which will be used to resolve fluctuations in demand. Individual attention is self explanatory. The care of multiple victims occurs when two or more serious people from the same event are treated; the demand exceeds the normal supply of services, this occurs until the use of the first half of the reserve supply.
The massive demand implies the use of the second half of the reserve supply. Disaster occurs when demand exceeds the total supply including reserve supply, resulting in a loss of the system's operating capacity.
Because of this, and just one year later, the GET-M or better known as the Spanish Group of Manchester Triage would be created, which urgent care of Baltimore would be integrated into the European Group of Manchester Triage one year after its creation. This makes it possible for you to participate in numerous scientific meetings related to this model.
The Manchester system has quite a few advantages over the other systems. It is essential to improve the flow of care in the face of the massive influx of patients and chooses to use criteria to prioritize based on the patient's condition and not the order of arrival as in many centers. In addition, patients are well informed about what is the priority of care and the range of time in which they will be seen. This will be decisive in improving patient waiting.

Doctors will not take off their shoes and put on slippers "for guests", therefore, if there are expensive Persian carpets in the house, then it is better to roll them up; all animals need to be closed: dogs can react violently to strangers, and cats climb into a medicine box where there is valerian.
