My name is Anastasia Kramarchuk, I'm 24 years old and I am employed as a purchasing manager at https://beautystage.com.ua/ . Our young and friendly staff wishes to bring online trading to a new level. Here you'll discover various equipment including manicure, mills for pedicure and manicure, extractors, sterilizers and dry-heaters. In addition to a huge choice of liquids, accessories and assorted little matters. Here we are all a team, friends, coworkers. We produce one large thing together - we create the image and standing of the business, making ourselves better. And our direction assists us do so.
I am a mother, a happy spouse, I am responsible. Our online shop is a heaven for lovers of exquisite manicures. To our clients: beauty salons, masters and those who do manicure themselves, we offer quality products and support which will bring you joy.
Besides the fact I just enjoy my job, It's financial independence, socialization and consciousness. And I did not wish to part with either of those things in any way. Thus, when I learned that I was pregnant, I determined that I would work as far as possible, and then as it moves, different situations occur. Especially since in my case you're able to operate part-time, in the home, using a free schedule. The choice was mine, and the dad supported this, the toughest thing was supposed to agree on how we would implement it in training.
I often tell myself as well as the people around me how lucky we are to reside in our own time. We could choose if we wish to work or work. I pick the former. I really don't know whether it is good or bad, but ever since I was a little girl my mom instilled in me the idea of"let's do everything ". I began working. I needed to spare and buy items I liked, traveling and striving for things. I wish to dream, plan and create things to happen while on maternity leave as well. So, three months after my son was born, and I started learning new things, began going to training and coaching sessions, and maintained working remotely all of the time.
My son is older, and we do many things together: cook, clean, exercise, goof around, push someplace, and read books. We do a good deal of things, and we get to work with him, though maybe not for long and something simple: answer an email, find information. Naturally, I love it when my mother or spouse stays with the baby: the son sees different scenarios and does other things with different loved ones, and that I have the time to do everything and come back to the identical equilibrium. For me personally, the main drawback of working on maternity leave is the fear of messing up. Mothers always risk screwing up - in the playground, in the clinic, and that means you have an entirely unploughed field.
