Ingredients:
- Pre-boiled rice
- Sesame oil
- Soy Sauce
- Beaten eggs
- White onion chopped
- Frozen carrots and peas
- Green onion chopped
- White pepper
Recipe Process:
Put a large pre-heated pan on the flame pour some sesame oil and add white onion, peas and carrots all together and mix it well, stir it on the flame for a minute or more. Then keep the veggie mix a side and again add beaten eggs into the pan and cook it nicely. Then mix it well with the vegetables and add on the rice in this mix. Then pour soy sauce, salt and other spices and even green onion pieces if you need. Then mix it well and let it cooked properly and then serve it immediately.
