• Press “Win+R” to open a command prompt then enter “pst19up” and the name of your PST file. Then click “Enter”.
• A new copy of your PST file will be created naming “filename.psx”.
• Open the command prompt and again type “pst19upg”- “path of your PST file” (filename.psx).
• A new PST file will be generated without any password. 
• Now you can access this PST file in Outlook.
