However, some movie makers were still waiting for the theatres to open to release their films; one among them is Kabir Khan. Kabir wanted to release his film ‘83’ on the big screen and now it is going to happen.
A few months ago Reliance Entertainment revealed that Rohit Shetty’s ‘Sooryavanshi’ and Kabir Khan’s ‘83’ will be releasing on Diwali and Christmas respectively. Reportedly now, Akshay Kumar’s film has now been pushed to 2021 while Ranveer Singh’s sports drama ‘83’ will be releasing on Christmas this year.
Meanwhile, PM Narendra Modi, a biopic on the Prime Minister that features Vivek Oberoi in the titular role, will re-release in cinemas on October 15.

When ‘Vaaste’ was released it broke all records in the music world thereby becoming a favourite amongst the youth. Dhvani received as many as 290 covers for her songs ‘Leja Re’ and ‘Vaaste’ together.
‘Vaaste’ soon featured amongst the Top 10 most liked music videos globally and Dhvani was the only Indian music artist to feature in YouTube Rewind 2019.
An overwhelmed Dhvani, says “The response ‘Vaaste’ received has been unprecedented. We are ecstatic that the song has even managed to make an impact on such a big level with 1 Billion views. This wouldn’t have been possible without the support of Bhushan Kumar and T-Series. Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari: Diljit Dosanjh, Manoj Bajpayee Film To Release This Diwali
Diljit Dosanjh, Manoj Bajpayee, and Fatima Sana Shaikh starrer film ‘Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari’ is all set to hit to release this Diwali.
Directed by Abhishek Sharma, the rib-tickling comedy will release on Diwali, November 13. The makers took to the social media handle to announce the release date of the film along with a new poster of the film.
Apart from Manoj Bajpayee, Diljit Dosanjh and Fatima Sana Shaikh, this family entertainer boasts of a stellar supporting cast as well, that includes Annu Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa, Seema Pahwa, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Nehha Pendse, Manuj Sharma, Neeraj Sood, Abhishek Banerjee, Vijay Raaz, Karishma Tanna, Vanshikha Sharma, among others.
Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari went on floors on January 6, 2020 and its shoot was over within a month.
The film is touted to be an ‘unlikely comedy about a wedding detective on the hunt’. It is expected to be a hilarious game of chase between Manoj and Diljit. The film is inspired by the 90s style of movies and love stories.
